Amari
Rock Road, Storrington

The Property

This is an absolutely stunning single-storey home with a real 'Wow" factor. Newly built to a high standard for our clients in 2018, this architecturally striking contemporary home features underfloor heating from a ground-source heat pump system and high performance insulation and double glazing to create a warm and economical home.  High on style, the interior has an atrium-style entrance and many floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the landscaped gardens. The extensive Indian Sandstone terrace area is perfect for Alfresco dining.

There is a study, along with three double bedrooms - the main bedroom have its own en-suite shower room. Natural light adds to a real feeling of space, especially in the magnificent open-plan 33' Kitchen/Dining & Living Room that is the family hub of the house. Here, there are 4 different views of the gardens and bi-fold doors effectively bring the outside into the house and vice-versa. The kitchen features granite worktops, 2 NEFF ovens, induction hob, a combi-oven and a wine cooler.

In a matching design, the detached double garage complements the main building and remote-controlled sliding gates open from the splay drive off Rock Road.

Definitely a property to see if you are looking for an architecturally interesting home, with that Wow factor.
