The Property

Built in 1994, Pine Tree Cottage is an individual detached house designed by local Architect Jaye Ford and completely upgraded since 2010 during the present owners’ occupation. The cottage has a lovely atmosphere, decorated in calming Farrow & Ball shades and is presented to a particularly high standard throughout. Various improvements have included new high performance double glazing, extra insulation and a replacement gas central heating boiler, The gardens are stunning, with wonderful colour, a sunny rear terrace and sitting areas. In addition, beyond the little lane at the back is a large area of owned bluebell woodland upon which our clients have a charming Shepherd’s Hut, trestle tables and further sitting areas. The rural outlook at the rear takes the eye through to pine woods, fields and greenery.

Your own parking for 2 cars is just behind the house, accessed off Bramble Lane, the little non-through lane near the church that serves properties on The Street.

Interior features include an excellent twin aspect sitting room with a woodburning stove, a separate dining room and a well-fitted kitchen that has a clever design full-height utility area enclosed at the far end. All three bedrooms are doubles and there is a roomy, luxury refitted bath and shower room. The third bedroom could be a study/bedroom and enjoys a lovely outlook over the garden to woodland.
