The West Sussex village of Pulborough lies along the northern bank of the tidal River Arun, close to areas of outstanding natural beauty at  Pulborough Wildbrooks Nature Reserve (RSPB) which attracts numerous birds and wildlife.

The neighbouring village of Storrington has a Waitrose store (John Lewis Collection Point), Costa, banks, Public Library and the Post Office. Other nearby towns include Petworth, Steyning and Pulborough. The area has an affluent community and is set against the stunning backdrop of the South Downs National Park. 

The historic town of Petworth is about 4 miles, whilst further afield, Horsham, Chichester & Brighton have the top High Street shopping names, cinemas and a host of cultural/entertainment events.
