The property

Bannister Gardens is a wide residential close, developed in the 1970's and located just to the north of the village centre. Containing  homes of differing design, the pleasantly matured  close is on high ground, with a panoramic view of the Downs rising behind Storrington.  On the market for the first time, Number 12 was actually chosen because of its position and uninterrupted view when new; and also enjoys unspoilt rear views to fields and trees.

With its asymmetrical roofline, the house design has two large bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs as well as excellent storage in two walk-in eaves areas off the front bedroom. On the ground floor, the big L-shaped living room incorporates dining space, allowing the separate rear room to serve either as a third bedroom, study or separate dining room. Décor and floor coverings are all in light neutral tones and the house has clearly been well cared for over the years with the kitchen and bathroom updated some years ago. Heating is by gas (radiators) with a condensing gas boiler and double glazing.

The large front and rear gardens are a certain feature, containing a glorious array of colourful shrubs and trees.
