The Property

This 1950's detached bungalow has been in the same family ownership since it was built and stands on the higher side of Wyncombe Close, set in a lovely garden plot with a rear width     probably in excess of 100 ft. The close contains other detached properties in mature garden surroundings, most having been enlarged over the years.

The present layout provides two double bedrooms and offers considerable scope to enlarge by converting roof space, as well there being room to extend to the side (subject to consents).

Some years ago, a useful utility/workroom was added off the kitchen and this, together with the garage could provide additional potential.  The original bathroom has been converted to a shower room.

With night storage heating and modern double glazing, Gorseland will undoubtedly appeal to those who look for a property they can change to their own requirements.
